The FA have updated their guidance inline with the new Tier 4 restrictions, in short Junior Football CAN continue, however, only teams within a Tier 4 restriction may play each other. Teams cannot move between tier 4 and the other tiers, movement between tier 1 to tier 3 restricted areas can still be done under the current guidelines.
