Our story begins in 1981, when the Craven, Aire and Wharfe Junior League was formed near the idyllic Skipton, Yorkshire. The idea was simple: to help local football clubs come together and participate in their own league. Little did we know that nearly 40 years later, the league would become what it is today!
Our league grows every season and we’re honoured to have thousands of players, coaches, referees and supporters being a part of our story. Our league officials work tirelessly every day to make sure the C.A.W.J.L is a supportive, positive environment for football enthusiasts to thrive!
